These terms apply to every appointment booked with Permalink Business Ltd. (“Permalink”, “we”, “us”). By booking an appointment you agree to them.
1. How to book
Appointments are booked through our online booking page at portal.permalinkbusiness.com. Choose a date and time that suits you and you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details.
2. Fees
- Initial appointment: your first consultation with us is free.
- Project review appointments: review meetings allocated to your project are free.
3. Physical or online meetings
Meetings can be held physically at our Nairobi office or online, as per your preference. Please state your choice when booking.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation or contact us at info@permalinkbusiness.com.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “last updated” date.
