3. Registration requirements
To register as a supplier, please send us:
- Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration.
- KRA PIN certificate and a valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Company profile with the products or services you offer.
- Price list or catalogue.
- Bank or M-Pesa payment details on company letterhead.
- Contact person, phone and email.
4. How to register
Email your documents to info@permalinkbusiness.com with the subject “Supplier Registration – [Your Company Name]”. We will review your application and contact you if your products or services match our needs. Registration does not guarantee orders.
5. Orders and payment
All purchases are made through a written Local Purchase Order (LPO). Please invoice against the LPO number and include eTIMS-compliant tax invoices. We pay approved invoices within the terms agreed for each order.
