Most of our clients find us through someone they trust. The Permalink Referral Programme thanks the people who make those introductions. If you know a business, school, clinic, or organisation that needs a website, software, branding, marketing, networking, or security installation, introduce them to us and earn a reward when they become a paying client.
How it works
- Introduce. Send us the contact’s name, organisation, phone or email, and what they need, by email or WhatsApp. Please let them know you are referring them.
- We connect. Our team reaches out, understands their needs, and prepares a tailored proposal. We keep you updated on progress.
- They sign up. The referral qualifies when the client accepts a quote and pays their first invoice.
- You get rewarded. We pay your reward via M-Pesa or bank transfer within 14 days of the client’s first payment clearing.

Referred clients also receive a 5% welcome discount on their first project. Rewards apply to the first project only; recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, and support retainers are excluded unless agreed in writing.
Who can take part
- Existing and past clients, partners, freelancers, and members of the public aged 18 or over.
- Permalink employees and their immediate household members are not eligible.
- Self-referrals, or referrals of organisations you own or control, do not qualify.
Terms and conditions
- A referral is valid for 90 days from the date we receive it. If the client was already in contact with us, or another person referred them first, the earlier contact takes priority.
- Rewards are paid only after the client’s first payment clears. If that payment is refunded or reversed, the reward may be withheld or recovered.
- Rewards are paid in Kenya Shillings. You are responsible for any taxes due on rewards you receive; we may request your KRA PIN for larger payments.
- Referrers must not make promises about price, scope, or timelines on our behalf, and must not send spam or misrepresent Permalink.
- We use referral details only to contact the referred person and administer the programme, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may update or end the programme at any time. Referrals submitted before a change will be honoured under the terms in place when they were made.
- Permalink’s decision on whether a referral qualifies is final.
